A Quick Trip To NYC to shoot The Today Show!
Last year I appeared on the Today Show for the very first time, cooking up Fragrant Shrimp Fried Rice and Frozen Vegan Strawberry "Cheesecake" bars. This year I had the pleasure of coming back to The Today Show for the second time to cook up my Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Salad and Crab Salsa Dip.
I flew in a day and half early so I could knock out some media visits and do a quick walk through at the studio.
I had such an incredible time on the show. Kathie Lee and Hoda are so much fun to be around. Their energy is infectious and made my short segment a blast!
