Low Carb Steak Tacos with Eggs

Low Carb Steak Tacos with Eggs

This is a great dish to make in the mornings when you have leftover meat. Leftover Sirloin Steaks, Rib Eyes, Pork Chops, Lamb Chops…any leftover meat you have in the fridge can be cut up into small pieces and sauteed on high heat in a pan with some seasoning and used in a breakfast wrap. Turn a basic breakfast dish into a gourmet meal using leftover meat not only encourages less food waste but also elevates your first meal of the day. I also used raw wraps which are made of vegetables, fruits, and spices. I found mine at Whole Foods Market. It's packed with beets, carrots, kale, turmeric..and more. WRawp is another company that a variety of Gluten Free Raw Wraps made of various veggies and fruits you can use. And if you scroll through Amazon.com these days you will also a variety of Paleo Raw Wraps, Coconut Wraps that you can use as an alternative to Low Carb Tortillas. Doesn't hurt to switch it up and add more daily fiber to your meal. So without further, here's my super easy gourmet Low Carb Steak Taco with Eggs recipe!
