Hi.

Welcome to my site. Here you will find exciting mashups of my very own recipes for the everyday home cook. I draw influences from my days working as an Executive Chef at my own Chinese restaurant in Downtown San Francisco, as well as inspiration from various cuisines I experience from all my travels.

ENJOY!

The anticipation and anxiety this image brings...It's hard to even begin describing the feeling you get being there. It's exhilarating and frightening at the same time.

The best part of the competition is when you get in your zone and focus on doing what you do best = cooking

Truly an honor to cook in front of Bobby Flay and the judges. Having Chef Bobby standing right there in the kitchen with me while I do my thing, is definitely a dream come true. Check that off the bucket list:)
